    Rentless will find you rental properties without even having to look, simply create an account and put as much information about yourself in and if a landlord likes your profile, they will contact you.

  • Is Rentless free to use?

    Yes, Rentless is 100% free to use, we don't charge our users anything to find thier home. However, we do offer paid packages to help find your home quicker which will boost your profile so landlords see you first.

  • Are properties on Rentless verified?

    All properties and landlords on the Rentless platform are manually verified to ensure the legitimacy and quality of service provided to our users.

  • How quickly can Rentless find me a home?

    There is no real answer to this question, it all depends on how much effort you put into setting up your profile. The more information provided, the higher chance you'll find a rental property faster.

  • Is Rentless available in my area?

    Rentless is available Australia wide. As we grow there will be more and more properties for our tenants to choose from, so help us grow and spread the word about Rentless.

  • What information do I need to join Rentless?

    To create your Rentless account you will need an email address and mobile phone number. When setting up your Rentless profile we will ask for information like how much you want to spend per week, yearly income, family members, a little description about you, photos, vehicles, references and more.

  • What happens once I find a home on Rentless?

    Once you find a home on Rentless, you'll receive a call from an assigned real estate agent which will formalise the lease.

Billing Questions

  • Is Rentless free to use?

    Rentless is 100% FREE, and you will have full access to all features, making it easy to find your rental property.

  • Why is there plans if Rentless is free?

    We offer paid boost packages to speed up the process of finding a property; you can still find a house without purchasing a boost.

  • Can I get my money back?

    Rentless does not offer refunds on boost packs, so please choose carefully when making a final decision.

  • Does Rentless offer a subscription?

    No, Rentless does not have any subscription packages. No need to worry about money being taken out of your bank account.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card?

    Yes, our system will process all payments on Rentless through our payment gateway, Stripe. Our website uses 256-bit encryption.

  • Is there an additional discount when paid?

    We don't currently offer any additional discounts; what you see is what you get, and our pricing is no different.

  • I have an issue with my account

    If you have any issues with your account, please contact us through the contact page, and an account manager will respond to you.

  • What if I cannot afford to pay for a plan?

    That's fine; Rentless offers you a 100% FREE account, which gives you full access to all features.

  • Do you have a free trial?

    No, Rentless does not offer a Free trial. We just give you 100% FREE and full access for life, so you don't need to try.

  • What kind of payment methods do you provide?

    We use the Stripe payment gateway and accept all major Credit Cards like Visa & Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
